2008 SUMMER
CAMP
REGISTRATION
To register your child for our
Summer Program, print and complete the
Registration Form, and return it to the Child's Day office as soon as
possible. Enrollment is first-come, first-served. Please enclose a $420
check for the Summer Registration Deposit (not required for CURRENT
Puffins and Field Mice). The Summer Registration Deposit will normally
be credited against your final tuition payment (see below).
Tuition is billed and payable monthly. All activities
(swimming, arts & crafts, field trips gymnastics, etc.) are included in tuition
except Music Classes (vocal and piano keyboard) and
Computer Classes.
Tuition
fees and dates are shown on the Registration
& Rates Form.
The Summer Registration Deposit is forfeited if enrollment is
modified
or discontinued prior to the pre-scheduled date. Additional weeks, not previously
reserved, may be added subject to space availability. Reserved weeks may not be
cancelled, but can often be exchanged or re-sold (ask for details). Minimums for advance enrollment (prior to
April 1st) are indicated on the registration form. Weeks need NOT be
consecutive.
This year, Eanes ISD and Austin
ISD classes begin Monday, Aug 25th.
