Turtles

Dear Parents,

It is with great excitement that we welcome you and your child to the Turtle room. I would like to take this time to introduce myself and introduce you to the Turtle classroom. My name is Tiffany Bain and I am so excited to join the Child’s Day family as the new Turtle Classroom Lead teacher. I am a Saint Louis, Missouri Native who visited Austin, TX and fell in love with its people and culture. I graduated from Fisk University located in Nashville, TN in 2002, started teaching fourth grade, and I have been teaching ever since.
 
My first experience teaching preschool in 2005 was such a great encounter that although I enjoyed teaching my fourth graders, I quickly realized I belonged and longed to teach preschool. I have taught at an accredited child development center for 7 yrs starting as a toddler teacher assistant and my last role was as a 3-year-old preschool teacher. I enjoy helping to instill a love of learning in children and helping them reach milestones.
