A child development center is only as good as its staff, so our teaching teams are knowledgeable and dedicated to working with and improving the lives of young children. Pay rates at Child's Day, which are among the highest in the Austin area, are based on level of responsibility, experience working with children, education, and demonstrated competency. Staff are reviewed at least annually and receive increases based on performance.
