Re:                  No Fuss Fundraiser

Dear Parents,

We are happy to announce the P.A.C. No Fuss Fundraiser.

Each year, the Parents Advisory Committee of Child’s Day holds a fundraiser to financially support the endeavors that P.A.C. determines will help to advance teachers’ knowledge, add to the classrooms and honor the teachers and staff who commit their time and talents to our children every day.  Based on feedback after last year’s fundraisers, we have decided to try a new “no fuss” fundraiser for this fall’s fundraising efforts.

No selling gift wrap or Entertainment coupon books this year… write a check, and know that ALL your money is going to support the staff and classrooms!

We’re asking each family to donate $75 to the Child’s Day P.A.C.  Your January invoice includes a line item for P.A.C. No Fuss Fundraiser.   What could be simpler . . . just include the extra $75 in your tuition check this month (by paying the total shown) and you are done.  Of course, all families are asked to donate what they feel comfortable contributing – we hope to have 100% participation from all families, at whatever level you are able to contribute (but feel free to opt out if you prefer).

What P.A.C. does:

P.A.C.'s primary focus is staff development and appreciation for our children's teachers.

P.A.C. spends the remaining funds on Child’s Day community enrichment (Family Night Out) and other activities directly involving the children (Week of the Young Child, etc.)

We all know Child’s Day has the best teachers and staff in town – please help P.A.C. in our mission to create the richest possible environment promoting the learning, health and well-being of all the children at Child's Day.

We hope you will support this year’s fundraiser – and it’s so easy!

Thanks,

PS:  Get Involved!

Want to help determine how these PAC funds are spent?  Get involved – monthly meetings occur the second Wednesday of each month, 5:30-6:30 p.m.  Child care is available.

There are several committees that could use your experience and expertise – all while having fun and networking with other parents.
